How do I place an order?


Orders can be placed directly from our site. If you have any questions contact us directly at info@counselordynamite.com.


How do I care for my crystal or rhinestone tee?


Just turn inside out, machine wash in cold or warm water. Gentle fluff dry or hang to dry. If ironing is needed, turn garment inside out and iron on low to medium heat.


Is it safe to order online?


We understand your security concern, which is why we use Paypal which is known for it’s industry-standard methods to transmit your credit card information securely over the Internet.


What is your payment policy?


Counselor Dynamite Store accepts all forms of payment that are accepted by Paypal.


Do you offer volume or bulk discounts?


Yes we do! Please contact us directly at info@counselordynamite.com.


What if an item is damaged in transit?


Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product. Please refer to the steps below to return damaged-in-transit items.


What if I need to return or exchange an item?


We are committed to offering high quality products at affordable prices. Please note: ALL orders are final and cannot be returned unless damaged in transit. If you must return a damaged item for exchange, please contact us directly at customerservice@counselordyamite.com within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order to let us know you wish to make a return for exchange. Please note: Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization.


We'll give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the return address. Your RA# will be sent to you via e-mail with your confirmation approval for the return/exchange. Please make sure that this RA# appears on the outside of your package as well as inside the package with your product. We want to make certain your product is received and processed correctly.


Please send your package Insured Mail via UPS or U.S. Postal Service. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, so we highly recommend that you request tracking of your return. Customers are responsible for return freight fees. Sorry, but we cannot credit any outgoing or incoming shipping fees. Note: Counselor Dynamite Store will credit for merchandise only. Very Important: Make sure the items are well protected and packed well; if possible, please use the same packaging the items were initially shipped in. We cannot process refunds or exchanges for goods received damaged due to improper packaging.
